2-Year Warranty for the Shower body & Fast Customer Service. Terms and Conditions: The company is obliged to repair or replace the part of the product (shower body) that is found to be defective in material or workmanship within one year from the original date of its purchase. The warranty is only valid with a retained proof of purchase from any Authorized Retail Dealer and will not apply on such parts as the NMC filter, unless they are defective in material or workmanship. The warranty will not apply to any part subject to accident, abuse, alteration, misuse or damage caused by act of God.
